What is it and who is it for?
Since the world has been created, what meaning does it have for me?
Each being is unique with a mission to accomplish, projects to materialize, a life path to follow. There is no competition because everyone has their place.
Taking time for oneself :
The first "self" is built, prefabricated by institutions (parents, family, schools, work, media, social networks...): We have become prefabricated subjects.
And then there is the pressure we put on ourselves, the fears and anxieties that persecute us like an executioner.
Be beautiful, do it quickly, do it well, do it better, be stronger...
A fundamental question arises, is there a possibility to "escape" from this "social capture"?
Can we nowadays live our own life based on our personality, desires, personal and professional aspirations?

Camille, Founder of the YEM Method
Camille, the founder of the YEM method, was born from an alliance between conventional and originality.
Originally from Grenoble, a city surrounded by mountains, I graduated with a Master's degree from a Business School, majoring in Marketing. As a young graduate, I experienced integration into the corporate world, the "deep end." In my first professional experience, I hit a wall, my first burnout. I was 24, working in the banking sector. In short, Faced with all the stereotypes of the system: jealousy, manipulation, despotism, boredom, loneliness... you name it. This traumatic experience was also a turning point in my life. "Burned out" by the system, covered in psoriasis, my self-esteem in tatters, I felt like I was already at the end of the road at the beginning of my life. I needed help understanding the rules of the corporate world game. Then I started Yoga, which "saved my skin" but also "healed my mind." I took a fresh start, RE-starting my journey. For ten years, I discovered and invested in various exciting fields: cinema, documentary, events, organic, apitherapy, Yoga, etc. I have been living in Brussels for seven years, and on top of that, we can add the gloominess of the climate, winter and sometimes summer depression (waiting for heat that never comes, waiting to wear your favourite summer dresses, you know?). Today, I am 33 years old; I had all the time to elaborate and test the YEM method, which helped me to motivate myself, to hold the line, and to allow me to refocus when necessary.
The word is not badly used because I always have been "the original of the family." Since childhood, "the world of the invisible" has never really been so invisible to me. I understood lately, as I grew up, that it was not common. Worse, I was considered weird. What does it mean to be weird when you feel yourself? Learning the masks that society offers helped me to hide this part of myself. At 17, I started energy treatments as a patient to treat the wounds of betrayal and abandonment from my parents' painful divorce. My sensitivity and intuition allowed me, from the age of 19, to integrate my first training in managing feelings. It's a revelation for me, and I won't stop learning and wanting to transmit. Life has allowed me to :
After ten years of personal practice, when I became a certified Hatha and Vinyasa teacher (200h), I realized I could combine all these fields in "ALL IN- In my way". The creation of the Yem method is the alliance of these life skills I've acquired.
Follow my intuition: I love to guide others towards the well-being of body and mind.
